Estheticians are skin care specialists. Manning Academy focuses our training curriculum on the ultimate combination of Lecture, Demonstration, Practical Experience and Business Management. We emphasize safety, sanitation, proper work ethics, and professionalism, using the latest equipment and techniques.

Full-time Day

Our training works with your schedule. Manning Academy offers a variety of training options to take your career to the next level.

Our basic, 4 month/600 hour course includes the fundamentals to pass your Oregon and Washington State Board Examination and become licensed and qualified for entry-level positions in top salon�s and spas.

Your classroom hours will be from 8am-4pm, Tuesday through Saturday. This time incorporates theory and practical application of all techniques related to Skin.

    Skin care, facial massage and makeup application
    Full and part wraps
    Microdermabrasion
    Waxing
    Lash and brow tinting
    Introduction to electrical modalities and state-of-the-art machine skin care

Full-time Evening

Our training works with your schedule. Manning Academy offers a variety of options to train you to take your career to the next level.

Our Full-time Evening program will train you to become a certified Cosmetologist in just 1600 clock hours of study, over 16 months or less.

Your classroom hours will be from 4pm-9pm, Monday through Friday. Saturday classes are available also, to provide you with a fast track to your certification! This time incorporates theory and practical application of all techniques related to Skin:

    Skin care, facial massage and makeup application
    Full and part wraps
    Microdermabrasion
    Waxing
    Lash and brow tinting
    Introduction to electrical modalities and state-of-the-art machine skin care
